Spacious, Comfortable and Affordable! Welcome to this tactfully furnished home that was carefully put together for those who needed a perfect spot to spend time with those that matter most! Wonderful screened in front porch, spacious family room, tastefully updated kitchen and perfect amount of space to gather for all your meals. Centrally located, the house is located 4 minutes from Strong Museum and Planetarium, also only 10 minutes to RIT or short drive to University of Rochester.

Also, please wash and dry all dirty dishes, cups, mugs etc., and place them back on the shelves.
Please turn off all A/C units. 1 in dinning room. 2 upstairs. Thank you!
