Spacious, Comfortable and Affordable! Welcome to this tactfully furnished home that was carefully put together for those who needed a perfect spot to spend time with those that matter most! Wonderful screened in front porch, spacious family room, tastefully updated kitchen and perfect amount of space to gather for all your meals. Centrally located, the house is located 4 minutes from Strong Museum and Planetarium, also only 10 minutes to RIT or short drive to University of Rochester.

Host was extremely attentive when questions were asked. Unfortunately there were several things that made the stay less than stellar. The 4th bedroom advertised with a twin bed actually just had a couch and a queen sized air mattress in the closet. The basement had visible mold (which we only discovered when our kids went exploring (no lock on the door to the basement) and complained of the odor - thankfully no central AC to be concerned about during our stay - I would have been more upset if it occurred during the winter. And window AC units only in 2 bedrooms, which made 3rd room difficult to sleep in on a hot night. There was also no door on the oven when we arrived, which in our case was not problematic to our stay as we had no plans to bake or eat there, but was not communicated to us prior to check in so no opportunity to cancel if we had been planning on it.

Convenient location and four comfortable bedrooms (one with a couch that was comfortable). We had four sisters visiting and it was a perfect, cozy, clean place for us to hang out together.

Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected.

We absolutely loved the place . The beds were all so comfortable! It was newly renovated. Lots of space and lots of parking . It was just perfect for me and my family of four. I highly recommend this property . Very clean and updated .

Awesome place

This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

3 couples in town to enjoy a weekend in the city. Everything was exactly as listed.

Off street parking for 3 vehicles was a definite plus. Walking distance to downtown but still quiet.

Great place for four, 4th BR only had a small couch, but futon and sofa downstairs were a fair substitute. Private driveway access was awesome. Overall, great place.

Very clean, very comfortable, we were with a large group and had 2 houses, the general gathering areas accommodated all of us for meals and family gatherings for which we were grateful. It appears to be recently remodeled, they did a really good job.Just to the owner: oven mitts and more towels would have been helpful

Great One Night Stay

Great one night stay as we were in town for an event at the convention center. Six of us stayed comfortably in the house, had everything we needed (pans, utensils, etc) in the kitchen to make a great breakfast, and we were graciously allowed a late checkout. Would look to book again should we return to the area in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
