Master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen Smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and walk out to upper deck.
Bathroom with tub/shower can be shared between master and second bedroom guests.
The third bedroom sports a queen bed, futon, ceiling fan and Smart TV. This bedroom can easily be separated from the rest of the house and has its own entry, for additional privacy. This area has a second complete kitchen featuring stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, dishes, and flatware.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is part of the third bedroom/ studio.
A laundry room with washer and dryer connects the two areas.
