Relax and Enjoy a nice peaceful KunTree retreat near the Foothills Parkway in Pigeon Forge with the most beautiful views of the Smoky's! Our large home is the perfect place to unwind after an exciting adventure in the area! Start the day off by enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck before hitting all of the area attractions and then grill out for dinner before relaxing in our hot tub or in our sauna before cuddling in front of the fireplace! The Smoky's are calling your name!!

Our property is in Wears Valley, the perfect location for peace and quiet, less traffic, great views, and conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Cades Cove. There is so much to see and do in the area, you will never want to leave!.

We offer 24 hour access with contactless entry.

Our large 2,350 square foot home features three bedrooms with a total of four beds located upstairs. It also includes a kitchen, dining area, living room w/ fireplace, office, walk in closet, and two bathrooms. Downstairs you will have access to a home theater area, bathroom, and a game room that includes a basketball shooting game, Ms Pac-Man system, and arcade that includes 100 games, and a pinball machine. There are also three queen sized blow up mattresses included with your stay for extra sleeping arrangements. We provide HIGH SPEED Wifi and a Washer/Dryer plus 4 Smart TV's so that you can stream your favorite movies and shows. Outside on the balcony there is a hot tub that will seat four people, chairs for sitting, and a Sauna that should seat four people as well. On the porch there’s a gas grill, rocking chairs for sitting, and a handicap ramp to access the house.
House includes 3 acres of land that features a fire pit and is surrounded by trees so that it is fairly secluded.

We love furry animals and have some ourselves but we charge a Pet Fee of $100 PER pet, 2 dog maximum. We ask that you keep your dogs off of the furniture but we know how hard that can be sometimes. We have added covers on some of the furniture in the living room. We ask that you bring your own blanket or pet cover if they shed and lay on our beddings. Not everyone that rents the cabin will enjoy finding dog hairs that the cleaners might miss on our bedspreads. We also ask that no dogs be allowed to go down the steps into the basement. It is all carpeted and accidents happen so we don’t want it to happen on our carpet. There is a large dog cage outside on the front porch. We ask that you cage your animal if you are planning to leave for any long periods of time. If you need to bring it inside that is fine.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
