The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kindly utilize the designated receptacle behind the cottage for waste disposal. We will manage subsequent processing.
Kindly ensure all linens are placed in their designated areas. Wet towels must be deposited exclusively in the pool bin; the cottage bin is strictly for dry items. This includes all cottage towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All children must be supervised while on the property and are not permitted to be near the pond.
"Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cottage’s interior and disposal of trash in designated containers."
I need for all Guests to report any damage incurred before, during, or after the stay to me as soon as possible.

Perfect weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I brought our kiddo on a weekend vacay before she starts school again and she absolutely loved it! The loft was perfect for her and we brought some of her stuffed animals so she could have her own fort. The pool was perfect, the cottage was perfect and the hosts were perfect. Couldn’t ask for anyone better! They definitely made us feel so welcomed and gifted our sweet girl some things. Will definitely be back!

Perfect

First off, casi is so sweet and so accommodating. I was by myself and had no car and she made sure I had anything I needed. Taking me into town, her daughter brought out French toast. And I love her animals. This is not just your normal ab&b. She goes all out to make sure you can completely relax. The view of the lake is breathtaking. And if you don’t like being outdoors a lot she has a huge tv in the cabin with all the streaming channels. I will for sure stay again if I’m back in the area.

Cozy Cottage

Was nice. Some confusion about the use of in-home bathroom (as there is no shower in tiny home). Noted to not swim in pond d/t snakes but there were also small alligators. Overall, it was quite enjoyable and peaceful. Says it can sleep 4 but would only sleep 2 comfortably and maybe a small child in the "loft," but I couldn't even look into the loft as there was no apparent latter to get up to it. Tiny home is in back yard of the large family home (a little closer than I expected).

The great getaway of rest, relaxation and romance.

Property was beautiful, lovely, clean and peaceful. Casi and Bob were wonderful hosts. It was nice being welcome with a big iced pitcher of fresh lemonade. The Cottage and pool were totally private. Casi was very attentive. My husband and I was in need of nothing. Everything was supplied. Sitting on the deck was very tranquil as gazing out onto the lake and the treed senecery. The late evening dips in the private pool was totally awesome. The poolside grilling and prep area was a nice touch. We will be going back. Bob and Casi, thank you for everything, including the introduction of and to your beautiful property as you welcome us and our fur baby Dayna. Rick and Lynette

The SheShed was dangerous, gross and deceptive

The host and her family were very nice, however, the shed and the accommodations were the worst ever. Sleeping in a tent would have been safer and more comfortable. Here’s why: It’s listed as 2 bedroom/1 bath TOTAL LIE!! There were live electrical cords in everywhere. First air bed deflated in the middle of the night. The other air bed took up the whole floor. The toilet is bucket with a seat. We were suppose to dump our urine/poop. There were 7 dogs/2 cats, I got bit up by fleas. They did yard work on our only Saturday there. Shower/toilet in front of owner home, thru foyer, down hall, through an office to bath. Shower is trailer size/no water pressure/ran out of hot water. Large dog poop on shower mat, owner picked it up threw in toilet (clogged it) left the mat there. Loud argument when using the real toilet. Bags of smelly trash loaded on trailer for 4+ days. Water leak in main house, foyer area, we walk thru. Save your money, sleep in your car!!
