The house has a nice remodel. Very clean and the kitchen was supplied with all the cooking pots, pans and cooking utensils a person could need. It is located close to Marshall Drygoods, which was the main reasons we were in Batesville. Comfy beds too!response to my questions were quick.

Charming, comfortable, cottage!

The cottage was clean, inviting, and surprisingly spacious. We appreciated the Christmas decorations and local books and puzzle, and the home was well-stocked throughout with everything we needed. The location felt safe, with walkable sidewalks through a charming neighborhood. It truly felt like a relaxing home-away-from-home. Best of all, the property owner was friendly, helpful, and responsive in meeting our group’s needs. Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Safe, comfortable & cozy

This was a great place to stay! I traveled alone and felt very safe in the home & neighborhood. This little house was so cozy and very clean!! I felt right at home. Checking in was a breeze. Earline had some little snacks waiting to tide me over until I got to the store. She also had the essentials in the bathroom, just in case anything was forgotten. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
