This apartment has two lovely bedrooms with one queen bed and one full/double bed and one bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen shares an open space with the living room and has an stove and oven, microwave, and toaster oven.

The living room gets plenty of daylight and has a couch and recliners and a smart tv.

For accessibility purposes, please note that this unit has stairs: there are four steps up to the porch and door.

This apartment is centrally located near Lyon College and about a half-mile from Historic Main Street in a friendly, quiet neighborhood.

The unit is as spotless and Tricia was great to work with. This was my 2nd stay and I highly recommend this for your stay beds are comfortable and it’s perfect to unwind and spread out. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything in Batesville.

We came in to town for the Christmas lights.Wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so cheap but we were completely surprised at how much we absolutely loved this little gem! such a cute little place that provided all we needed, but reminded me of memories from my childhood. Quaint two bedroom one bath was perfect for all we needed. We will stay here again.

Cute yet spacious condo

Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!

Batesville has a lovely historic flair, and we wanted to continue that theme in our property--without compromising on comfort! All of our furniture has passed the 'cozy check' and is perfect for relaxing in the evening.
