We had a fantastic stay! The house was bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything our group needed. The hosts were amazing to work with—super responsive and accommodating enough to help us out with both an early check-in and a last-minute late checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall a nice stay , the house is very comfortable . Communication with Traci was great , among the best we've experienced . We came with our dog , the backyard is not totally fenced in. We were concerned about her running in the front to a somewhat busy road but worked out fine . The house is very well situated , close to the riverwalk and other attractions . We'd stay at the house again if we were to return to the area .

Host was very responsive throughout the booking process and made both booking and our stay easy and enjoyable. House is exactly as described and was clean and well stocked for a large group. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

This was our second stay at this home, and it was just as great as the first. The house is very spacious with plenty of room, in a great location close to shopping, and situated in a nice neighborhood. It has become our go to rental when visiting our son in Wilmington, and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

Great space for family reunion

The house sleeps a large family very comfortably; there are great games in the garage that kept young adults occupied. Communication with the owners was prompt and efficient. The house is lovely and very clean.

Plenty of room

Great home for our family stay. Fun game room. Comfortable beds .Nice neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do. Visited the NC battleship and Ft. Fisher both super cool. Beaches are lovely. Enjoyed Carolina beach boardwalk. Had a great dinner at Fish House Grill on the intercoastal.

vacation house

The house was overall good. But there was lack of cooking supplies(measuring cups), handles were falling off for some reason and the upstairs shower didn’t have hot water. But mostly minimal stuff.

Just to clarify for future guests, the upstairs shower does have hot water but the piping is opposite so it can be confusing (hot is cold and cold is hot).

We traveled to Wilmington to spend Thanksgiving with my son who goes to school there, and this house was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, and there were more than enough place settings. The house was very clean when we arrived and was spacious enough to comfortably host the six people who joined us. Check in was very easy. Everything was handled remotely, so we were able to go straight to the house and use the key code. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and soap, which we thought was a thoughtful touch. The game room was great too. Lots to do. Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay.
