Newly renovated open concept ranch with 3 bedrooms with brand new heated saltwater pool installed spring 2023! Only 5 minutes to UNCW and Mayfair shopping center and with great restaurants and shopping and only 10 minutes to the beach! Maximum 6 guests. Linens included.

The house was a perfect size for my family celebrating my niece’s graduation from UNCW. The pool was a great amenity too! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Katie was a pleasure to communicate with. We will be back!

Truly beautifully remodeled home, EVERYTHING was lovely! We had six people, plenty of room, so inviting and comfortable, sectional sofa, LR chair, and dining table easily sat six people, kitchen was great. A pet peeve of mine is having lots of sleeping places but not enough dining or LR seating! Pool was a winner, as was the outdoor seating and deck. Close to so many Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach highlights. Plenty of bath and pool towels, nice touches such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in showers. Large, private back yard, we played cornhole and croquet, great to have 2 large sun umbrellas for shade. Really excellent place to stay, highly recommend! And go to Indochine to eat, sit outside if you can!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was simple and stress-free, which made arriving so easy. We loved having access to the pool, and the location near the beach, shopping and Sycamore Bend wedding venue couldn’t be better. Great Vacation Spot in Wilmington

Our family had a wonderful vacation experience. The house was very neat and clean. The kitchen was well organized. We loved the fenced in backyard with the saltwater pool. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. This is a great vacation spot in Wilmington. We would definitely return.

This house was beautiful! We stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were surprised at how roomy it was! The pictures don’t do it justice on how spacious it really is! The pool and the back yard were spectacular. The house was a 15 minute drive from the beach and downtown which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Looked exactly like the pictures. The location is a good middle distance from Wrightsville beach and Downtown Wilmington. We really enjoyed our stay and Katie was awesome and really easy to communicate with!

Communicating with the host Katie was easy and she responded to any questions quickly. The house was exactly as described/pictured and nicely stocked with helpful necessities and supplies. The home was clean, nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The location was very central, quick trip to beach and downtown, while the neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. The backyard and pool are very nice and private and though we did not use the pool, it was clean and in good condition. We definitely stay here again!

Great Wilmington House

We loved this house for our family. It was well stocked, the pool was great for the kids, and we had easy access to many things throughout Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. If we are back in the area, we will plan to stay here again.

Family vacation

It was my first trip to Wilmington with my wife and children because my wife and her family lived down there for almost 2 years and she went to high school there. The house was perfect and the pool was great for the family. Check in was super easy and we even asked to stay another night because we were enjoying it so much. She checked the availability and we ended up staying the extra night. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone going to Wilmington.

This home was great for our family! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, sufficient linens. We have zero negative feedback and would book again, highly recommended! The outdoor area was perfect for kids and adults! We and the beach every day and a lot of pool time!The drive to the beaches was about 15 minutes with traffic. Came in town for the Ironman 70.3 this weekend. This house was perfect. We lacked for nothing and the house was even better than the pictures. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The finishes and decor were beautiful
