The century-old property is situated in quiet Harleston Village, and is conveniently located steps away from Colonial Lake, where you'll find beautiful walking trails, tennis courts and a playground. This unit is found in the heart of Charleston's Historic District, with amazing restaurants, galleries, theaters and shopping around every corner.
The home includes a beautifully furnished living room with a queen-size fold-out sofa for additional sleeping space, an immaculate eat-in kitchen with full-size appliances and a dishwasher, a lovely full bathroom with a large shower, and a private bedroom with a full-size bed and two closets. You'll find additional dining space in the secluded backyard. Grocery stores are conveniently located within 1.7 miles.
