My nephew and I had an awesome time! We were trying to spend some quality time together before he left for his military training. He has always been like a son to me so it was important to just relax for a few days! The accommodations were excellent and the notebook with important information was so beneficial. Unit is exactly as pictured except for the fridge which was smaller and placed on top a small table. The only issue we had with this is for average to shorter height it is difficult to reach something in the back of the freezer.

Nice condo!

The condo was as described. Compact, but lovely. We didn’t use the balcony much as it was extremely humid and stayed wet/moist the whole time we were there. It was our first time on Amelia Island, so we didn’t know much about the area. In the future, we’ll look to stay somewhere closer to restaurants - we love to walk, and found the location of this condo limiting, as it is on a busy road without a sidewalk. Beach access was great; we brought our own chairs and a Shibumi shade, as reviews had mentioned that these things were not provided.

Graduation summer vacation

We had a great stay. The condo fit our needs perfectly. I would have liked more beach chairs as I wasn't sure if we could use the ones by the pool area. Luckily we brought one with us along with beach towels and umbrellas. It was smaller than the last condo, but still very nice and updated. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags if you are driving. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would have liked tvs in bedrooms too. I'd stay here again. Great ocean view and quiet.
