Welcome to Fly Freebird Fly where a 'leave it behind' attitude is required! Relax with the whole family in Sandpiper subdivision where beach access is less than a 5 min. walk or a quick golf cart ride. Enjoy a panoramic view of the pond and gulf where you can watch and listen to the crashing waves all day long.

Located just steps away from beach, this NEW cul-de-sac property promises an unforgettable getaway for families or groups of friends. The subdivision is centrally located and close to restaurants and more where you'll have everything you need within a 5 minute drive.

With this fully stocked kitchen, just decide on your menu and bring your groceries! Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or serving a grilled steak dinner, you will have space to prepare and enjoy family time. Dining area (inside/outside) offers plenty of seating for everyone to come together and enjoy memorable meals.

Sleep up to 12 people very comfortably with two King beds and two custom built-in Queen/Queen bunkbeds. Linens and towels are provided.

Upstairs, the wrap-around deck has an 'open' panoramic view of the gulf and a nearby pond which attracts a variety of birds.

From kitchen, walk out to deck and sit under pergola to enjoy dining for six. Or enjoy an open view from front wrap-around deck with 8 high-back chairs and table for 4. Enjoy view of gulf listening and watching the crashing waves.

Downstairs, enjoy Tiki Bar with outdoor seating, decorative lighting, picnic table, corn hole, washer board, charcoal grill (bring charcoal).

Outdoor Shower with hot/cold water. After your long day at the beach, you will want to rinse off sand in the shower before going inside to enjoy the rest of your evening.

You will find starter supplies of ground coffee, K-cup coffee pods, coffee filters, sugar, artificial sweetener, non-dairy creamer, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.

~PARKING: Maximum (5) vehicles can park in driveway. No RV's and no parking on the grass.

***WE DO NOT RENT TO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25***

For your safety, please note that security cameras are in use and are located at the entrance and exterior of the property. These devices are strictly for monitoring security and do not record audio.

Three security cameras are positioned as follows:
* on the front of the house which monitors the driveway
* under the house which views the patio
* at the top of stairs which views the top of stairs on the deck

No cameras are located inside the home, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean bbq grill and dispose of used charcoal and ashes. Fee $50 for leaving bbq grill dirty.
Remove all trash including trash underneath the house and take to the large dumpster located at end of driveway. Fee $50 if not removed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking/Vaping, Illegal Drugs or Excessive Drinking. Alcohol prohibited under age 21.
No vehicles allowed to park under the house or on grass. Damage to Septic System will be charged to guest(s).
Guests are responsible for reading and abiding by House Rules provided in digital Welcome guidebook. Damage to property will be charged to guest(s).

From beginning to end, the host was attentive and helpful. Checking in was easy and the house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location was good. It was a short walk to the beach and there are occluded views of the water. The listing photos and description are accurate; no bait and switch. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Fly Freebird Fly is awesome!

The cabin is immaculate and neat. The kitchen amenities are not overused, and everything is strategically placed well. All the small appliances are ideally and realistic. Beds are super comfortable, and the sleeping arrangements are great! Loved the coffee bar! My family had a wonderful time, and this cabin will be a return for us!! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This cabin also provides several out-side games as well as inside games. The host has thought of everything!

Why they chose this property

We chose Sandpiper subdivision because it is quiet, close to restaurants, has a wide open panoramic view and is a 5 min. walk to the beach or a short golf cart ride utilizing the subdivision's private beach entrance.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property because of the panoramic view. Having a front and side wrap-around deck provides two different beautiful views. One can sit under the pergola and watch the birds enjoying the pond or one can sit on the front deck and watch the waves crashing in from the gulf. The privacy is awesome. There are neighbors but the great distance between houses is unique for Crystal Beach.
