We needed an amply sized location to accommodate several youth and a chaperone. They group has plenty of space and they all enjoyed the uniqueness of the property. It was ȧ fun place to stay, from teenagers' points of view. The price was certainly right, and overall a bargain for the location.

Anne - Thank you for your kind words about the Frederick J. Loss House and its location. It’s great to know that it suited your family well and you had a good time. I'd be happy to welcome you back anytime! -Michelle
Generally the house was what we expected. The top floor, with the TV, was smaller than it appeared on the listing. The microwave worked sporadically. No way to stop up the tub to take a bath.
Only real issue was controlling the furnace. Not able to turn it down. Had to open windows. Otherwise it was a great location and worked well for all our adult family guests for a short 2 night stay.

Nice house, convenient location, parking was easy to find. Stayed two nights with extended family and kids. One of the rooms had the chandelier coming off above the bed, for safety reasons they didn’t feel great sleeping in that room. I passed along the info to the host and didn’t get much of a response. Additionally, the appliances in general were not the best. Microwave didn’t work well, we had to move the refrigerator to be able to use the dishwasher.
