This humble Superior Wisconsin home will be the perfect vibe for you and your group to get your vacation on. The bright aesthetic and soft comfy bedding will keep your soul at ease while you enjoy your precious time with family and friends. The ample space, fully stocked kitchen and easily accessible location make this the perfect getaway to revel in the Twin Ports.
This home has been completely renovated in 2021. It has three levels but the basement is off limits to guests. The main level has a kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom which includes the washer and dryer. Upstairs you will have the three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub.
Guests will primarily be using the back door with a 4 digit code to unlock the door. No keys involved! There will be two parking spaces between the old garage in the back yard and the back of the house. Anything more than two vehicle will have to park on the street. Street parking is free and alternates sides every Sunday afternoon.
I live in the area but Madison and Taylor will be your co-host and will be able to take care of anything you need during your stay.

We first sent this to the owners via email with more detail and other issues. After two days we have not gotten a response so we have decided to review this property here. Issues include:1. This is not a 2 bath home - it’s a 1 bathroom plus a toilet and sink in the laundry room.2. Floors, oven, counters and stovetop are filthy. 3. Lots of safety concerns - missing screens and hand rails. Not a suitable rental for children for sure.4. The power was shut off at the meter by the power company on the morning of our check out . 5. Windows are drafty - bullet hole in main dining window. 6. Multiple outlets not working especially upstairs. Overall by far the worst VRBO we have ever stayed in .
Hosts were attentive, and provided clear instructions for check in/check out process; great bedrooms and shared space.

Quiet neighborhood, cozy home close to main roads, loved that they had boot warmers as we were there on a cold weekend for skiing. Will book again for future weekends up north.
My youngest son had a tournament in Duluth so we wanted to stay in a house close by the location instead of a hotel. This was a great space to have for everyone to sleep in their own space and cook meals.
The home was perfect. It was clean and spacious. It had everything that we needed.
We had business locally and were able to travel quickly to each location. It was a great weekend!
Great experience. The house is clean, bright and comfortable. The hosts responded promptly to any messages. We even received a message letting us know the house was ready for us well in advance of regular check-in. The only thing missing is outdoor furniture. There was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Would definitely stay there again.

Humble Home
This home is kind of run down. The kitchen is not well stocked at all..hard to make a meal with so little supplies! The inside of cupboards need a good cleaning..were very disorganized and seemed dirty! The inside of oven needs a cleaning too! The beds were okay. The front porch is in terrible condition and there’s no where to sit outside really other than a small step at the back but no outside chairs! It says it has a porch but not suitable to use!
Pros: Pretty good location for exploring the area.
Kitchen was nice and big and well-stocked.
Was nice to have laundry and 2 toilets.
Check-in and check out process was simple.
Communication and instructions were good.
Cons: House is in poor condition. The shower was moldy had water/rust stains and was clogged. There was standing water after a couple minutes of the water running.
Floors were visibly dirty.
Front porch has multiple rotted out/weak spots with broken panels, felt quite unsafe.
Couch was stained, worn and should probably be replaced.
Back door only closes when it’s dead-bolted shut.

Pros- host was immediately available for questions/issues. Very nice location- just over the bridge from the aquarium. Quiet neighborhood with bar/grills close by. Fans provided in every room, large comfy couch. Parking off street. Laundry on site with soap and dryer sheets provided. Cons: only one shower/bath - only a toilet in other bathroom. Property had plumbing issues that couldn’t be resolved (they really tried) so we had no bath/shower. We were offered a second location with a shower but declined. Kitchen is bare-only coffee k-cups and creamer/sugar, salt and pepper. No mixing bowls, ect. Only TV is in the living room. No extra blankets or pillows. Wish it had 2 showers. Great for short stays when you don’t need a kitchen.
