Caine Woods neighborhood is easily walkable and bike-able 🚲 to the beach. Easy access to Harpoon Hannas , Catch 54, Papa Grandes, and other Fenwick attractions. 3 Bedroom and 3 full bath house with outdoor shower and plenty of backyard space for all your beach gear 🏖️ Grab some crabs 🦀 and have your own feast on the screened porch. The large backyard space and community park extend your outdoor time beyond the beach to keep the big and little kids entertained. The upstairs family room space also gives kids and teens a private hang out and lets adults relax in the main living space. Outdoor grill, bikes, beach cart and beach chairs available for use. Great option for two families or if you’re bringing the grands or a babysitter along!
