Welcome to your oceanfront escape! This 10th-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium offers an unforgettable coastal experience.



Key Features:

Expansive Ocean Views: Enjoy spectacular, direct views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and all three bedrooms.

Private Balconies: Step onto the private front balcony to watch the sunrise over the water, and unwind on the rear balcony in the evening for beautiful sunsets.

Comfortable Living: The cozy living room includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: A full kitchen is provided for your convenience, perfect for preparing meals when you decide to dine in.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium. Entry is seamless and secure via a smart lock. A unique, private door code will be provided for the duration of your stay. To ensure a smooth arrival, please complete the required rental agreement shortly after booking. Once signed, your detailed arrival instructions and door code will be sent to your registered email address in the week leading up to your check-in date.

Indoor Pool Status: Please be aware that the building's indoor pool is scheduled to reopen in May 2026. This date is an estimate provided by the building management and is subject to change. We will update the listing as more information becomes available.

The owner updated the condo very well. It was nice to have both views sunrise and sunset. We had pretty weather and were surprised alot of the restaurants were still open just less hours.

Lovely place

Marigot Beach condo is centrally located to all of the fun things to do in Ocean City. The condo was neat and clean and perfectly suited for our needs for the weekend. The check in and out process was easy. The views are incredible. Unfortunately for us, our weekend get away happened to fall during a tropical storm. We had a bit of water leakage from the sliding door and the owner sent out maintenance to who immediately fixed the issue. Despite the weather there were plenty of great restaurants and things to do.

Perfect location!

The condo is in the perfect location! The views are amazing. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. Close to everything! Most of all it was quiet. The only negative I would list is the master bedroom gets warm from sun, even with the blackout curtains and the AC can’t keep up in that room. (AC is great everywhere else) A ceiling fan would go a long way in helping with the temp in that room. Master bath tub needs to be refinished/repaired. Shower pressure was great with lots of hot water. Jodi was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend!
