All bedrooms open to a spacious balcony that offers awe-inspiring views of the ocean. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and living room with large flat screen TV with cable as well as an additional bedroom, bathroom and powder room. The open floor plan is the perfect setting to enjoy friends and family, to mingle and dine. The house is equipped with Wifi.

An expansive outdoor terrace leads you to the beautifully landscaped garden with private pool, bathroom and spacious gazebo. The garden offers plenty of shade and is a perfect way to retreat and reconnect. Relax and recharge in one of the hammocks while listening to the ocean breeze. Take one step and you are on the private, peaceful and breathtaking Cangrejera Beach that lends itself to revitalizing walks. The warm ocean waters invite you to surf and swim.

The house is conveniently located. It is 20 minutes from the airport, and 45 minutes from San Salvador, the capital. Only 20 minutes away is La Libertad, a bustling surfing and port town, with restaurants, shopping and a fantastic seafood market.
