The Space:
This two-level home is absolutely beautiful from the outside and bright and airy on the inside. A downstairs living space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom make it perfect for a couple, but two additional upstairs bedrooms and a second full bath encourage you to bring the whole family along for a trip that will make your Colorado dreams come true!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full 3BR, 2BA home, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and an outdoor patio complete with grill and seating for 6.

Door Code:
Access is granted through a smart lock. We will send you the code the morning of your designated check-in date. You'll use this code for the duration of your stay.

Parking:
Up to three cars may be parked at The Ridgeside Retreat in the gravel driveway.

Internet & Connection:
The Ridgeside Reteat features Starlink internet, so working remotely is a breeze!

House Rules:
- We ask that you respect outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
- Please be mindful of your speed when approaching the home - many animals live nearby.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the Ridgeside Retreat, $500 fine for smoking indoors
- No parties, events, concerts, or pets are allowed on the Ridgeside Retreat premises. You will be asked to leave immediately if these rules are broken.
