Beautiful, spacious house in old Loveland, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The house is bright and fresh with a full kitchen, well stocked with cookware and gadgets. Get the best sleep of your life on mattresses by Tuft & Needle, and enjoy thoughtful touches like soft Turkish towels. Two brand-new cruiser bikes are provided to give you quick and easy access to Old Town - just 4 blocks from downtown! Sleeps 10 max (3 Queen Beds, full pull-out couch, 1 queen air bed).

You will have access to the whole house and back patio. The garage and cellar are closed off.

Checkin/out: received automated email with check in/out information, no issues with accessStay: water was super hot (great), beds were VERY comfortable, extra bedding and pillows available, (but needed more pillow cases, and pillows need to be replaced or at minimum stains removed).General: soap for dishwasher was provided along with plenty of towels, and trash bags. Two bathrooms for this size house is amazingWhy only 4 instead of 5: attempted to contact host twice before arrival without any response. Location was close to downtown and the house was nice. It is on a busy street. Large backyard with a fire pit and grill. Only issue we ran into was it stared garage parking available on the listing but upon arrival, garage was not available for parking. Would absolutely stay again as communication with host and check in was easy and great!

Loveland Gem

This house is clean, spacious and has A/C which yes it’s needed in Colorado during the day in the summer months. It is located on a somewhat busy street but it was not noisy and the backyard was an added bonus. Simple check in and check out details were sent the morning of check in. We will definitely be back again.

Loved the place, it was actually bigger then what it looks like in pictures. I had a birthday party here (with permission of the home owner) and talked to neighbors and they were very nice when we talked to them and said they were okay with it. It was very comfortable and clean and made us feel welcomed.

Good location. Good communication from the owner. We only stayed for 2 days here, which was a mistake. We should of been here our whole trip. Easily housed our family of 5. Our kids loved the vibe of the early 1900s home, had fun playing hide and seek and exploring the charm of the home. Would stay again
