This wonderful, newly renovated beach house, which was built in the 1960s by a renowned architect, is situated in the quiet and prestigious Amagansett Dunes neighbourhood yet just a short distance from Amagansett Main Street and is owned and curated by an exclusive hotel. Offering the perfect peaceful retreat, the local ocean beach, which stretches for miles, is just a short walk away. This delightful home offers a stylish escape from everyday life and includes hotel-like services such as daily housekeeping and personal concierge. Its easy elegance and personalised, unobtrusive service beckon a quintessential East Hampton getaway. Outside, you will find a garden with sun loungers, a hammock, the perfect spot for a siesta, an outdoor shower and a terrace with barbecue and an al fresco dining table perfect for entertaining. The beautiful main living room is flooded with natural light thanks to the glass doors and there is a striking brick fireplace which acts as a divider to the kitchen and dining area. There is a second, chic sitting room with large television and glass doors out to the patio. Elegantly sleek, the modern, well-equipped kitchen also has a long breakfast bar.
