2-bed. 2 bath. apartment with in-unit laundry on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with lake view. Located in the heart of North Naples right next to Seed to Table, 75 Highway in a safe, gated community. Mercato, restaurants and shopping, best beaches just 10-15 min. drive. 20 minutes to Naples Pier and downtown.

Grocery stores Seed To Table (across the road), Target/Walmart (2 blocks away), Costco (10 min drive), WholeFoods/Trader's Joe (15 min drive).

Tesla Supercharger across the road.

The unit is fully stocked with all necessities: cookware, beach chairs, umbrella, board games, Roku TV/Smart TV, WiFi 50 Mb/s.

The association requires 1-month min stay and background check. Please, allow us to have at least 2 weeks for paperwork.

St. Croix stay

Our overall stay was nice. A few things that were not up to par…..finding unreserved parking was sometimes difficult and not close to the condo. The second bedroom only had a twin bed. The property manager was not real friendly. We loved the location being able to walk to several places. The regional park nearby is a must do daily.

Our apartment is conveniently located by the walking distance from Seed to Table and you can easily get everywhere from here in 10-15 mins. Mercato is just 10 mins away. Vanderbilt beach with a plenty of parking is 13 mins away. North Collier Regional Perk is 5 mins away.

What makes this property unique

It's our second home! we love and take care of it. We have everything here which give you a not a hotel but a home feeling. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you are staying for a long time or just inspired to have a home-made meal. And if there is an urge to grill something there is a grill available in the pool area. If you want to spend your evening an old-fashioned way you can play board games or indulge in the puzzle. Not a big fan of indoor gyms (which is here by the pool)? Our tennis court is on premises and rackets and balls are in the closet. Comfortable reclining sofa in the living room is right here for your rest. You just need to choose between TV or a lake view to enjoy. In-unit laundry makes it really easy to manage all your needs. 2 full bathrooms and a spacious walk-in closet make it really comfortable to stay here. Our heated pool with an adjusted hot tub is just perfect even in the middle of January and so spacious! If you feel like going to the beach even just for a sunset just grab a set of chairs and umbrella from the closet on your way out and Enjoy Naples.
