Step in to our stylish house nestled on a golf course, where modern elegance meets scenic beauty. This inviting retreat offers an exceptional stay with its modern updates, great views, and a wealth of amenities.

One of the highlights of this house is the great views it offers. Step outside onto the patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Or, head up to the large second-story deck, for a panoramic vista of the rolling greens.

You are staying on the north side of town. You are within 7 minutes of the hospitals and medical district, 5 minutes from several restaurants and grocery stores and only 40 minutes away from Palo Duro Canyon.

The house also has a whole house water softener as well has a whole house water filter.

Love the house and the location but wish they would add TV's in every bedroom. TV's are very inexpensive but great entertainment for vacations. The shower and tub was amazing.

Northern side of house is all glass with nice wooden shutters...leave them open for a beautiful morning...2nd floor privacy patio...see the stars and moon...peer across the pond of golf course...back yard up until cart path...very clean and recently remodeled...one big powerful a/c
