We absolutely loved our stay! The rental was spotless, beautifully set up, and very well stocked with everything we needed. Jerry was a fantastic, thoughtful host, and we really appreciated him letting us fish on his property. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time at this property. The home was immaculate, the scenery is stunning and tons of cool things to explore in the area. Highly recommend staying here! A huge thanks to the gracious hosts that were welcoming, responsive and incredibly friendly!

Wonderful place. Gorgeous view from porch. Fed deer by hand from deer cookies provided by the owner. Nice and clean. Place as pictured. Friendly owner. Breathtaking Palo Duro canyon a must see musical within the canyon state park. There was no hot tub and no dock on the property but accessible via friendly host.

House was clean and decorated well. Showers were great. Beds were comfortable. The host was awesome. He went to the house and turned the lights on because we were arriving after dark. Also, left a bottle of wine in the fridge. There were water bottles , ice and snacks too! The location was about 10 to 20 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit so it was a good central spot for us. We were very happy with our stay.

Jerry was great. The property was amazing. We will definitely be back again when I’m up there for Jeep wheeling trips. The kids loved the deer. Very peaceful stay.

This house was clean, well-stocked, and just overall wonderful. The beds are comfortable and linens soft and cozy. The host checked in with us on arrival and was available for questions. There is a doe that lingers around the house that was curious and quite sweet. We did not feed her though ;)

Everything was wonderful for our week there. Jerry was very welcoming and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the layout of the house and especially the welcoming committee of deer. We enjoyed feeding them treats in the afternoon.

Great home base for canyon exploring

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting Palo Duro and Caprock Canyons state parks. The location was great, house was clean and well stocked. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic!

Family Reunion

We travel to the area for a family reunion. We enjoyed the beautiful views. The highlight was feeding the deer that came right up to us. The house is very spacious with comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property and property owner! Place was clean and had tons of games and snacks. Hot tub was excellent! Deer come up to property to be fed and pet. Will come again! Highly recommended!

Awesome experience!

Jerry was so nice, helpful and hospitable. The house was unique and really nice. The scenery and wildlife were added bonuses and helped make our stay really peaceful. Everyone in the family enjoyed the feel and comfort of the house. Mattresses and pillows were super comfy too.
