The property sits in a total area of 638m² and offers breathtaking view of the sea , the village , the village's traditional windmills and the mountains. In the village, in a walking distance from the house, you can find a super market, a pharmacy, local restaurants , a bakery , all you may need. The property includes 2 residences of 110 m2 in the first floor and 90 m2 in the ground floor that connect with an interior staircase. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms.The first floor can host up to 6 guests since there are also 2 large sofas in the living room that serve as beds and the ground floor can host up to 4 guests.There is also of pool of 21 m2 and a 2- car closed garage.The whole residence is available for the guests it hosts , offers complete privacy and there are no areas shared with others.
