Bring the your big family and enjoy the tree-house, close to tech and UMC! everything you need to cook meals, sleep in high end luxury and near TTU. Featuring: trees inside house, a outdoor treehouse, 4 flat screen tvs with roku, 2 showers, one messaging bath, hot tub, garden/courtyard, locked brick fencing for safety of little or just security for self, located in a safe enclosed HOA. Experience this GEM if you get a chance! Enjoy 2 baby swings, hot tub, 1 smoker grill, 3 swings, small trampoline, and round tree swing and tree house. Bikes avail on request.
The space:
Huge open concept house with beautiful atrium at the center of house. Multiple skylight windows make light ample and abundant.
Guest access:
No garage access. There may be a locked closet here and there for storage. We gladly welcome families, corporate teams to our home. We have tons of extra amenities to make your stay great. There is 4 off-street parking spaces and a whole side street that is located on a private drive, safely nestled in a HOA surrounded by brick walls and romantic overhanging oaks. This house an exceptional find and stocked with everything you could need to make your stay host-worthy, memorable and restful.

No eating or drinking(besides water) in bedrooms
No parking on street out front (blocks trash truck). Side street parking is ok and offstreet parking allowed.
No parties(hosting outside guests besides registered guests). Quiet time in neighborhood begin at 11

Overall a great stay! 3 bathrooms should have been explained that one was a 1/2 bath. Difficult for two adult couples to share a bathroom that is in one of the bedrooms. We had a great time

The residence was quite inviting; host left several notes to aide; the only issue was the Wifi! The time spent was enjoyable and will consider this residence again in the future for TT football game or Med school graduation!

Nice upgrades in bathrooms…showers were a bit challenging for our age group, but we figured it out. The floor air conditioning vents in the kitchen area need to be secured better…hazardous now. We did purchase an electric can opener as the one provided is not working. The home was perfect for our family gatherings each night for dinner. I can add a group picture later.
