Relax with the whole family at Florence Cottage. This completely remodel home is quaint, quiet, and a great mix of country charm with stylish design. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The master suite has its own spacious master bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 are furnished with queen beds. Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed. The home sits on an acre with stately mature trees, a fabulous front porch to take in the sunrise and then a new deck overlooking the large back yard boasting amazing sunsets at night! Fun amenities include Fire pit and BBQ. Stay with us and you will get an experience!

This house was amazing!!! Beautiful inside and out and so clean! The location was close to everywhere we wanted to be. The hostess checked on us daily and responded quickly to any questions we might have. Would definitely rent again…and again…and again.

Spacious cute cottage

Our family enjoyed staying at this well-appointed cottage in a great location. Close to downtown Whitestown and grocery and retail stores. Nice quiet area with large backyard fire pit. Nicely renovated and great service from hosts. Plan on returning in the future.

A Fantastic Place to Stay for a Family

We took a trip and stayed at this wonderful property for a small spring break trip with our three little kids. It was everything we could ask for. Easily accessible from the highway and an easy trip to downtown Indianapolis for a Pacers game and a trip to the children’s museum. If you are planning a trip with children, this is a great place to book. We would definitely book again!

Beautiful Indiana countryside stay

Very enjoyable stay at this home. Loved being out of the big city but close enough for modern conveniences. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Really enjoyed the time we spent in nearby Zionsville and the cute and quaint shops and restaurants. We had a minor hiccup and needed a new battery in the thermostat and the owner was responsive and prompt in delivering some fresh batteries. Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.

Perfect Indy Stay for a Family

Our first trip to Indy for a spring break getaway with our two littles and extended family did not disappoint. Along with being stocked with everything you could possibly need, the house was beautifully decorated and provided a warm, cozy welcoming. It's location was perfect for us, as it is just out of the city but not too far to explore all that Indy has to offer. If traveling with the little's make sure to check out the Children's museum! The host are incredibly kind, helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay at their lovely home & would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The check-in process was great.However the property wasn’t cleaned well. I told the host about some issues initially and she was helpful. However the next day a one year old came over with his parents and his mom didn’t want him playing on the rugs because of the amount of hair on them/ his hands from it. Embarrassing. Also the host didn’t have a baby gate at all so with the small space the two staircases were a constant battle.One bed upstairs is very comfortable. Otherwise the property was in a good location, and a good price. We won’t be staying there again.

Great place!

We had a group of groomsmen stay the night before the wedding. Perfect place to relax and chill with the groom. The owners were flexible with letting us drop off food and items before check in as well which was super great. She also purchased another coffee pot for our group which was so nice. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place

Stayed here with my husband and two adult children, and our dog. Very much as advertised, it is updated, clean, and quite spacious for a small layout. We appreciated the location - a 25 minute drive to downtown, or the Keystone Mall. It is in an industrial area that will likely be neighborhoods soon enough, but for now it is just off I65, with accessible gas stations and easy navigation. Very safe and quiet.
