Bear Lake and Garden City are wonderful places to rejuvenate all year round. In the summer, enjoy Raspberry Days, marathons, festivals, and many boutique shops and restaurants nearby. In the winter, go around the mountain and find pristine skiing at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Lake State Park and watersports recreation is nearby for your touring and renting needs! After a day of adventuring, come home and relax in the private sauna.

Upon entry into this newly built home, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area blanketed in natural light. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up with a good book by the fireplace. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, outfitted with a TV for private viewing and a lovely en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, creating memories that'll last a lifetime. Downstairs, a kitchenette is provided for convenience with a microwave, mini-fridge, and wet bar. For the ultimate convenience, and electric car charger is provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
