About this property

Peace, quiet, and lots of wildlife!

On the main floor, there is a comfortable queen bed, providing a cozy and relaxing sleeping space. In the loft area, you will find two twin beds, ideal for additional guests or if you prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Please note that the twin beds are fold-up beds, which you will need to unfold before use.

The beds on the loft are not kept set up at all times. The reason for this arrangement is to provide flexibility in how guests utilize the loft space. By keeping the beds folded up, the area can be used for various activities or as a separate, more private space. Guests have the freedom to configure the loft according to their needs.

When you decide to use the twin beds, you will find that they come with heated mattress pads, sheets, pillows, comforters, and extra blankets are provided to ensure a cozy and enjoyable sleep!

The driveway is gravel and has a steep incline. It is regularly maintained, even during winter months. However, during snowy or icy conditions, it is recommended to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle for optimal safety and
convenience.

Below the treehouse is a sitting area.

Please note: there is no running water inside the treehouse!

Heat: There is a propane heater inside the treehouse for comfort & heated mattress pads with controls for all the beds. Plenty of extra blankets and subzero sleeping bags also!

Bathroom situation:
Not far from the treehouse for convenience, there is a porta potty that is serviced weekly and sanitized between guests. There is a hand washing station there as well.

Shower/bathing: My home is on the property, and if requested, you can access a full bathroom that will be dedicated to you during your stay. Shower and bath, with all the essentials located on the upstairs floor.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to use the twin beds, you will need to unfold them upon arrival. However, if you'd prefer not to set up the beds, you can use the loft area for other purposes during your stay.

Treehouse

Located very close to 1000’s of acres of state recreation land/public hunting land. The hosts communicated well and provided anything needed for our stay. Max the dog was a very welcoming and friendly part of the stay!

Fantastic!

Perfect and cozy

It was a great spot to stay and will stay again in the future! Max, the dog was super friendly and loved to cuddle and give hugs and kisses! Haha recommended for people who love to hear nature and sleep under warm blankets in a cool environment

Love this!

Our stay was highly unusual, we experienced our first tornado there. Our hosts were amazing, they took us in their home and cared for us more than we would expect! Treehouse itself was cozy, comfortable and fun. Sam and Jeff are awesome people, their kids are the coolest and Max the dog is friendly and sweet. This was the cleanest and most sparkly porter potty I ever seen! Just very chill and relaxing place (minus tornado, hahaha). Def recommend!!!
