Our family of 7 had a great stay! Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing, and the large dining room table was great for playing games. It is a newer property, everything was clean, bright, and open. We would definitely stay again!
House is comfortable/newly constructed. However the parc is still in the middle of construction. Roads are in bad condition and construction work is occurring directly adjacent to the swimming pool. Main swimming pool was often temporarily not available: looked like start-up problems because it has been very recent in service.
It was very enjoyable! We were missing a corkscrew and a lighter for the fire, which we purchased and left. I would suggest more throw blankets for the couches on the main floor and basement.
Our stay was great. The house was exactly as advertised and we received all the check-in info in a very timely manner. We did have to descale the Kuerig. Otherwise, a great experience.
Beautiful home with great amenities. The whole family had a great stay and didn't want to leave. A short drive to Quebec City but feels like you're in the wilderness.
The home was exactly as described. House was cleaned and prepared exactly as described on arrival. Host was very responsive. The subdivision homes were spaced out.
This chalet was the perfect spot for our family to gather and visit with our son who is living in the area. The open layout and amenities in the chalet were great for our family game night. The drive to Old Quebec was easy as well (only 30 minutes away). We would definitely stay here again.

House is very nice and as advertised. Host was helpful in getting gps coordinates to get there. House is in a very new development, so there are a lot of construction vehicles. Road conditions are on the rough side. That being said, it was still very quiet.Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The were no dressers and the only shelving were in the closets. Very few hangers.Kitchen was mostly clean. Cooking utensils were basic. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Cookware was minimal and basic. No good size pit for cooking pasta or more than four ears of corn. Some of the pots and utencils were filthy when we got there and had to be thoroughly cleaned. Kind of a turn off.Every other VRBO we've used has had a book or folder with basic information: nearby restaurants and delivery, grocery stores, attractions, etc. This one only had wifi information. There was also no indication of where the first aid kit was located, which was needed for a minor injury. And, no instructions on how to start the fireplace, which we never figured out.
Beaucoup aimer notre expérience tout c’est bien déroulée. Installation première classe je dirais seul négatif les escaliers en avant très glissant et même dangereux un peu. La location A
