Property 301610 offers a spacious master suite with an adjoining living room, separated by an elegant double-sided fireplace. The ensuite bathroom features a relaxing jetted bathtub and a large open-concept shower designed for two.

The master bedroom opens onto its own balcony, while the living room provides access to a large second-floor terrace featuring a private hot tub, a barbecue, and stunning views of Québec City and the St. Lawrence River. Guests also have access to the outdoor courtyard, where a cozy fire pit is available to enjoy year-round.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the entire main floor and second floor, including two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious living room, a laundry room, a private entrance, and your own driveway for convenient parking.

The only area not included is the basement, which is occupied by the owner. It has its own completely separate entrance and is entirely independent from the guest accommodations, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.
