Our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is located on the second floor consisting of modern hard surface flooring throughout with carpet in bedrooms; washer & dryer in unit, walk-in closets; stainless steel appliances including microwave; electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher; and balcony. There is free on-site parking and street parking available. We are pet friendly. Please, NO SMOKING!

The apartment is located on the second floor and is not mobility accessible. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two twin beds.
We have a Wynd smoking and noise detector located above the utility closet in the hallway. We are a smoke free property. Absolutely, no smoking in the unit. If you wish to smoke please go outside.
