4 bedroom private vacation home in coronado

Wonderful location! This beautiful fully furnished, air-conditioned home boasts 4 bedrooms with a bonus multi- purpose room with queen size sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. The location is ideal for walking and/or biking to the beach and into town. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the front patio and balconies throughout the home. As you enter, there is a bedroom with a King daybed with full sized bath with bathtub/shower along with a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. Adjacent the laundry room is a large multipurpose TV room with queen sized sofa bed.

Walk up the staircase to the second level where you will find an open and airy kitchen/dining/living room area with vaulted ceilings and wonderful lighting from all the windows. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with seating for 4 which opens up to the living room complete with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, built-in cabinets and sliding doors leading to a balcony with seating. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the second level and 2 full sized bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and door that opens out to a balcony with seating. The other bedroom comes with twin bunk beds.

The third level features a cozy 4th bedroom loft with a full sized bed and full sized futon along with a desk/office area with a door leading out to another balcony. The home also has a BBQ, bikes, and all the beach amenities you will need to enjoy your Coronado vacation.
