This contemporary gem is at the Regalia country club where there are six outdoor pools, one right under our condo, the largest pool at the lake, Hippopotamus pool, an indoor pool, game room & three restaurants.

1725 square feet of two master bedrooms, one with a king bed and futon bed, second bedroom has one queen bed, sunroom has second futon bed, great room has queen size silver air mattress with plug in built in pump, great room has two double size electric recliners, French doors open to private deck with gas bbq pit and table, chairs and umbrella. Much closet space with safe for valuables. Two fireplaces, one in master bedroom and one in great room.

Other things to note
First time as rental for us, pristine condition. Very romantic getaway for couples or perfect family vacation spot for families who love privacy yet love all of the action, events, summer concerts at the Regalia. All right at you doorstep. Five minutes to all the boating, shopping, fun and games at the dam.
