Guests have access to 5 pools, the famous Hippopotamus Pool, and the Four Seasons Aquatic Park year-round. The Property Located in the exclusive Four Seasons Osage Vistas Villas, Pinkie’s Paradise offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 9 guests in total comfort.
All Guests must be registered prior to check-in and the rental agreement must be signed to finalize reservation.
Special events can be hosted with prior registration and approval, an additional security deposit may apply.
No pet policy and violation can result in reservation termination with no refund.
No smoking of vaping on the interior or exterior of property, violation can result in reservation termination with no refund and possible reservation termination with no refund.
No party policy and community quiet hours of 10pm-8am must be followed to avoid violations and fines.
Pass and keys provided for outdoor pool and indoor aquatic center, if lost guest will be charged a replacement fee of $150.00 per item.
Parking spots for 2 cars, there is no boat or trailer parking allowed.
