Lakeside Condo ~ Close to Everything ~ First Floor ~ Pool ~ Dock ~ Views

As a guest you have full access to the large dock (including tying up your boat and leaving it in the water during your stay) and the outdoor pool!

Lakeside Oasis is close to everything Guntersville and literally a few steps away from the famous Top O' the River restaurant.

As you drive up you'll park in the private parking lot for Condo residents. Walking into the unit you'll find the second bedroom with a Full sized bed and TV on your left. Continuing into the unit you'll find the second Full bathroom.

Beyond the hallway is the living area, dining area, kitchen and Primary bedroom and in-unit washer/dryer!

To the left is the kitchen which is cozy but has all full sized appliances including stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and small appliances like coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bar between the kitchen and dining area has 3 barstools to accommodate casual dining at the bar.

The dining area includes seating for 4 with a large table. Beyond the dining area is the living area with comfy furniture and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The WIFI is fast and free and the smart TV is connected to Spectrum cable.

To the right of the living area is the Primary bedroom with King bed, TV in the armoire and en suite Full bathroom.

You have beautiful views of Lake Guntersville through your sliding glass door to the patio. There you can enjoy dining outside and cooking on the gas grill.

Lakeside Oasis

Location of property , 1st floor. Loved having coffee in the morning on the patio with a perfect view of the lake and it was just steps to the swimming pool or the lake with a 2 docking areas for water craft. Both dock areas are covered . Loved sitting on the dock at sunset. Convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, boat rental, fishing and shopping. I would stay there again. Owner was very quick to respond to questions.
