Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return pool key to key hook
Set all 3 thermostats to 65 degrees
Make sure window and sliding glass door are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Vaping is not allowed in the unit. The patio is okay. No weed smoking or cigarette smoking allowed period.
Quiet Hours - 10pm to 7am •Do not use garbage disposals or dishwashers. •Reduce volume of conversations, music and TVs Do not make noise in walkways
Garbage disposals - No grease, bones, coffee grounds or fibrous materials. Toilets - Only toilet tissue.
