Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return pool key to key hook
Set all 3 thermostats to 65 degrees
Make sure window and sliding glass door are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Vaping is not allowed in the unit. The patio is okay. No weed smoking or cigarette smoking allowed period.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful property with amazing views. Very convenient location for all the amenities Dillon has to offer- amphitheater, marina, brewpubs, etc. Check-in process was very easy, and the host responsive.

The property was pretty dated. Area rugs were worn curling up and a trip hazard. Furniture in the main room was getting saggy and uncomfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked, for example no salt. The bed is very low to the floor. On the positive side it was clean and the view was tremendous

Great stay

Definitely would go back. Great location, amazing view of the lake, interior is updated and has everything you need. Hot tub in the winter was a bonus of a day on the slopes.

Great location with spectacular views of Lake Dillon. Property is clean and well maintained. Living room TV above the fireplace is high quality and very nice to unwind in the evening. The electric fireplace creates a great ambiance without the fuss of burning wood. I look forward to staying here again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lakeside condo. The location was perfectly situated for the winter activities we planned. The condo, itself, was clean and the beds relatively comfortable. Modest kitchen supplies (we never cooked) are provided. We had a little hiccup when checking in, but Michael quickly made it right, which was appreciated. Thank you!

This place was like walking into a new unit

The unit was fantastic and so was the communication with the mgr. This place could easily pass for brand new. Very clean and well kept. As a bonus, there was plenty of shopping and restaurants very very near by. The area and views from the living room were beautiful

We had a very relaxing stay at this beautifully remodeled condo with spectacular views of Lake Dillon. Clean, comfortable, cozy, and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Favorite thing was hanging out on the balcony enjoying the views and hummingbirds.
