This one-bedroom unit is furnished in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Skiing at Keystone is only 10 minutes away. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photos.

This is an ideal place for a couple or a single person. It is right on the lake, the views are beautiful, and a great bike path is nearby. Very close (10-30 min drive) to four major ski resorts: Keystone, Arapahoe Bassin, Breckenridge and Copper. The property had everything you need and nothing you don’t. Jerrod was very responsive whenever I had a question. Thank you for a great stay.

That apartment / condo is well equipped with all the essentials. Wonderful mountain and Dillon Lake views from the balcony. Owner communicated well and we had no hiccups!
