This property is located on a deadend street! Quiet and at times the deer’s makes their appearance. It has 1 bedroom, bathroom, and living room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of perks! This is the upstairs of my house. Everything is completely separate from the downstairs, with a separate entrance! There’s off street parking and parking in back of house. There’s a small patio with a barbecue grill, fire pit and smoking area. A basketball rim with a basketball. I also build a little fenced play area for your 4 legged fur baby in the back yard. I do live in the downstairs part of the house. EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE DOWNSTAIRS!!! I’m a friendly, caring person that takes proud in helping my guest’s and make them feel welcomed. My goal is to give my guest a little peace of mind and relaxed! Thank you for your stay with me!

Patricia is an amazing host! She has truly thought of everything and it’s evident how much she cares for her guests. I loved the private entrance, off street parking, and ability to bring my pup along. The place feels very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again!

Emily, her guest and her beautiful pup were excellent guests! They are welcomed back anytime. Thanks for booking your Vrbo stay with me.
The host is very willing to work with you if problems arise or you have questions. Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. I've got no complaints!

Thank you for being a great guest! Also, thank you for making sure everything was clean and talking the trash out!
It said entire house, but it’s not. It’s the upstairs of a home. You can hear and smell everything from the main floor of the house. Mattress is terrible. Shower is terrible. Electrical is extension connected to extension, very dangerous. Outside is just as bad. You have to drive through a narrow alleyway riddled with potholes and debris. It’s a tight turn into the driveway. Narrow walkway to the entrance with a dangerously narrow stoop. Almost broke my ankle trying to maneuver into the house. Side note, I’m short and athletic, not big at all. The host is vet kind and communicates well. Cute Yorkie greets you through the fence.

If you read the description correctly, it says the upstairs. You had complete privacy! There’s nothing wrong with anything of the things you mentioned in your review. Why didn’t you contact Vrbo and cancel your reservation during your stay if these things were “terrible” as you say. I can’t help what’s wrong with the alley! You were loud and I can hear your hard walking and you dropping things. I keep my property clean and free of clutter! I can’t help about the narrow alleyway or the sidewalk. There’s nothing wrong with the driveway, it’s wide enough for any car to enter and exit without a problem. Maybe if you hadn’t been drinking so much and paying attention to where you were walking. You left 3 six packets of beer that you drunk on the kitchen counter during your 2 day stay. Lack of communication from the start. Everything was clean and cluttered free as well as extremely. Yes, there’s an extension cord plugged above the bed incase my guest needs a light if they read. I’m sorry for being thoughtful.

“Cozy” for sure but didn’t feel much love
The host was polite and thoughtful when it came to things like extra toiletries, and she was gracious about a last-minute change of plans when our dog was sick and had to come with us. She was also fun to chat with and was kind during our interactions. Unfortunately, this place has some serious issues and we would hate for someone to have things go even worse than we did in our three days, or have any of these warning signs turn into things where somebody gets hurt.
We woke up to a mouse in the kitchen on the first morning, and when we reported it, she shrugged and pointed at the woods across the street - no offer to help, just “what can you do?” She said she’d call someone after the weekend to come fix it.
The apartment is upstairs and doesn’t have central air, so the only cooling was a window AC unit in the living room and two fans in the bedroom. It was so hot in the bedroom that we couldn’t sleep. When we mentioned it, she said we could move the AC unit into the bedroom, but to keep it plugged in to the specific extension cord and outlet in the living room because it would blow the breaker if it was in any other outlet. Again, no offer to help, but she was willing to let us do the gross job of moving it back and forth (we put it back at the end of our stay) so we could sleep at night.
I think she means very well, and we liked the host very much, but didn’t have the best experience.

Sara, there’s woods across and I can’t help that! You and your partner mentioned seeing a mouse, I told y’all that everything comes out of the woods and I started telling y’all about all the different animals I’ve see and y’all were amazed! I also informed y’all that Orkin was coming this month, on Friday. You said you understood because you grew-up with mice. This house is very old, so old that the windows locks with a key. When y’all said it was hot, I said y’all can move the AC out of the living room and put in the bedroom and to keep it on the same plug using the outlet that it was plugged into. There’s nothing in my listing about central air or heat! Y’all brought your dog at the last minute because you said it was sick and didn’t want to leave it home. As a dog owner, I allowed you to bring it the day before your arrival and besides that you claim you did notice a pet fee when y’all booked and I informed you that it’s posted in the listening. Y’all didn’t clean up behind your dog or behind yourselves. The rule clearly states “ you are responsible for cleaning up behind your fur baby (pets). Y’all left my place a mess, dripping wet towels in the hamper, nasty stinky poop puppy pads hanging out of the trash can, the dog bowls left on the floor dirty with water still left in one of the bowels, trash overflowing and one of the bed pillows missing. There’s doggy bags in several places on the unit. I go out of the way for my guest fur babies. I supply bowls, food, poop bags, poop bag dispensers and a leash for walking your fur baby. I offer more than need too, with all the hygiene supplies you may need for both sexes, more than one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. All types of cleaning products and whole box of trash bags. The kitchen is well stocked with things you would need to prepare a home cooked meal! I even bought y’all a bottle of wine for being my guest! I go out of the way for my guest (s) more than I have too. I’m sorry my unit didn’t meet y’all expectations but several things I’m sure of..it’s clean, safe, well stocked, quite, peaceful and I’m available anytime! I really don't appreciate the lies and I fell that I did everything possible to make y’all stay safe and comfortable as possible. Have a blessed day.
