Don’t think twice - just book this great property. The host makes this the most inviting, comfortable and cozy stay ever. Spotless, directions and labels for everything, even bottles of water by the bed. Plus the creek out back is so peaceful. Beds were great, hundreds of movies to choose from, and cozy couches to curl up on. Excellent communication. Highly recommend!

We appreciated the little touches the host had in place. There were two 12 packs of soda waiting in the refrigerator along with snacks on the table. There were even extra toothbrushes and a razor in the bathroom in case you forgot yours.

This stay checked all the boxes. My wife is from Huntington WV. We were visiting relatives in poor health. Our stay in this clean, comfortable and peaceful place made the trip so much more pleasant. The host has worked very hard to provide an immaculate and well stocked rental. You literally have all amenities available ---clearly labeled. Thanks to the host Brennan for offering such a great place and being helpful.

Overall great home, clean and pretty furniture. Unfortunately, access to the river/stream is blocked by weeds/tree/bush growth. Might be better in fall/winter as seen in the review photos. There is quite a bit of traffic noise as the house is right beside the road, but was tolerable. Host was communicative, letting us know before arrival internet was out, it went out a few times during our stay but due to the storms happening in the area. If you are looking for a clean stay this is the place.

The Almost Heaven Lodge was a beautiful escape from the city and the name says it all. Brennan is a spectacular host providing us with treats, drinks, and extra toiletries. He covers all the bases and provided great recommendations. The lodge was clean and very thoughtfully decorated. We were able to enjoy the creek from the back deck and the fire pit. We felt very secure and would stay again if in the area. Thank you so much, Brennan!
