There is an additional bathroom on the main level with a shower, tub, toilet, and sink. Two bedrooms on the main level with a double bed and a twin daybed that converts into a king. Amazing curb appeal with this home and the two 100+ year-old elm trees providing lots of shade. You'll enjoy the privacy of the backyard with a covered pergola for additional shade or protection from the occasional afternoon rain shower.
