Remington Bikeway House, Old Town 1 block from CSU

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Remington Bikeway, one block from Colorado State University, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen-sized pull-out couch. There is a private deck but the backyard is not included.

All the rooms are tastefully decorated.

There is street parking in front of the house. We will purchase a permit for you to park there during your stay.

Full disclosure, the space will feel tight when there 6 people and the bathroom is kind of really tiny. :)

Parking is on the street in front of the house. We will get you a "license plate permit(s)" for your vehicle(s) the day you arrive so that you can have unlimited parking and won't be subject to the 2-hour limit.

This was a wonderful property! The location to downtown, shops, resturants and coffee was perfect. The private fenced backyard made having our dog there even easier. The decor made it feel homey and cozy! We will definitely be back!

This is a top floor of an older home. The floor creaks a little and a door or two operate like older doors. But that’s the nostalgia of it. Not a problem. Nice kitchen upgrades. Easy access and close to everything you might want to do.

The location is the greatest benefit to this listing if you want to be close to the Colorado St campus. The space was larger than it appeared in the photograph and was well supplied. The landlord was most attentive and available. We would use it again. There was a slight problem checking in because it was so late & pitch black dark because of delayed flights but the landlord is going to remedy. We are happy.

The property is situated right near CSU campus, so perfect for what we needed. There was enough room for four people to sleep but the bathroom is extremely small. The dryer vent is totally blocked, which is dangerous, and one of the burners on the stove doesn’t function. The gutters are totally full of leaves, which indicates a lack of overall upkeep in the property.

A perfect place to stay for us. Great location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, hot powerful shower and equipped with everything we needed. The directions were spot on, we had no problem finding it and were grateful for the off street parking. As Brits we particularly appreciated the kettle, an item that seems to be rarely found in an American kitchen. I would have no reservations in recommending this property and would love to stay there again should we head back to Fort Collins in the future.

This was an excellent place to stay for our trip to Fort Collins! It was the perfect amount of room for the three of us and provided us with everything we needed to cook a few meals, relax in our downtime, and sleep well. The apartment was clean and appeared to be very well kept. The host communicated at the perfect times and was responsive to our communication about getting in later than anticipated. Coming and going from the apartment was a breeze and parking was never an issue. We really enjoyed being a part of the neighborhood for a few days. This could easily be the only place we ever need to stay when we visit!

This is a beautiful, clean, peaceful, fun space for me to bring my family for a little birthday stay. Parking is great, it was easy to find and get in. Everything was stocked and clean as it said. We used the travel crib and high chair in the property. If it were summer we’d walk one block to the CSU gardens. I’ve seen them in the summer and they are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little getaway!

Came to visit my cousin for her birthday. This place was great! Kitchen had great utensils, pans, etc. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Place was clean and in a great location close to downtown!

We loved staying here. The location was great. The only negative is that the living room is very small. There were three of us staying there and when my son came over to visit with us, four of us in the living room was not very comfortable. We had to pull in a chair from another room. But, they did have other chairs, so it worked out. We really enjoyed it and we were super glad for the designated parking. We loved the outdoor spaces on the balcony and the backyard. The communication with the hosts was excellent. Extremely prompt replies. We did not use the stove at all, so I can’t comment on that. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the takeout food we ordered. For the hosts: 1) some bulbs are out in the kitchen. 2). The living room lamp went off, randomly, by itself once, 3). I recommend more hooks or shelves in the bathroom. It was all very manageable. These are just convenience recommendations.
