Grateful for the owner answering our call, the camp host and tennants were so friendly, the house was perfect. Loved the private beach and the amenities and providings of the house! Cleanliness of the house I would give 4 out of 5 stars only because there was cob webs all over the cielings and a few spiders we saw inside the house, floors felt dirty when we got there, otherwise awesome stay and we plan on coming back 100%!!!! Thank you

No pool. Cleaning was ok. CouldOf used a deep cleaning, might have some kind of fungus inside, because I got a respiratory infection a few days into my stay. Mabe it was just me but it smelled well used inside. Host was good, and the location was good, neighbors were really kind and friendly, and like to party, which is to be excepted at the river. Would not rent if you like peace and quiet. Nice to sit by the fire pit, but a hot tub would have been icing on the cake!

I had a very lengthy review of this property, but VRBO would not allow me to say what this property is really like. Not cussing. They just won’t let me describe how this property actually is.I rented the property for four adults. Realistically, this property is for two adults and two children. They don’t tell you that though. In the listing, this property says that there are no hidden fees, and all fees are upfront. That is not true. You will pay for your pet, if you bring one. It is not included in the fees listed on the listing. The listing description, and what is listed under amenities, are misleading. Horrible experience with the property, and VRBO, regarding giving an accurate review. The only thing I will say that’s good about this property is the view. The host had nothing to do with that. That was provided by nature.

Nice tiny home . The kids loved the loft . And it’s right on the water . Only problem was the only tv that worked was in the master bedroom . The one in the loft as well as the living room area did not work . We spent most of our time outside so wasn’t that big of a deal but would have been nice.

Hello Leon! Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the waterfront location and that the kids loved the loft. We apologize for the TV issues you experienced. Unfortunately, these were not reported during your stay, and we would have been happy to assist had we been made aware. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again soon!
