A little apartment we had was very nice and clean, there was a window AC unit but the apartment stayed cool even though it was 108 outside Water level goes up and down, the current does get pretty strong for the dock use, the launch ramp is pretty steep on low release it's only possible with small trailer, the launch ramp is an awesome feature for this property that's mainly why I booked itManagement / homeowners are really nice and easy to work with

Loved this property!

We stayed here over a weekend and absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved being right on the river and being able to fish right off the dock. We will be back!

Simple studio with all you need plus a great view of the river. The boat dock is in bad shape and needs repairs. Parking area is a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to boat and fish. Not quiet during season

We had a phenomenal time. What a wonderful treasure. Great for boats and fishing. The engines are very noisy but I’m sure that won’t bother anyone.

Great stay

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us. When looking for the address make sure to put in AZ. We went right past it for 20 miles. Parking was very tight but we worked it out. We loved watching the boaters and those fishing on the river.

Great Rental in Parker!!

This is a such a great property. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back every year! Its was perfect for our little family of five. We have 3 children - ages 5, 2 and 1. The closet space is large enough to hide a pack-n-play so our youngest had his own little space to sleep.
