Perfect dock/lake setup

The property was set up so well, they have maximized every inch of the place with fun games outside and activities to do. Made for an easy Fourth of July weekend on the water

Perfect lake vacay

Absolutely what we were looking for and desperately searching for on this vacation. They had every little thing we needed and than some. We usually look different locations for our next trip but highly considering making this one a annual go to spot for us! Thanks again for creating this awesome spot for others to enjoy and really going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Relaxing beautiful home

The outdoor space and dock is amazing! They had everything we needed and it was so easy to relax here. A shower and beds that were easy for all my kids (4,6,11 and 15) we played on the dock, had s’mores, enjoyed the music across the water and loved watching the boats. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us. I’m already dreaming of coming back

Mini Extended Family Reunion

My sister and I met with her teenage daughters in the middle, where my son was playing baseball for the Appalachian league. We chose the home because it was on a lake and it had a dock plus was close to our son’s home games. Josh was amazing at responsiveness and we had a great time and have everything we need, and it was exactly as it was represented.

Amazing Getaway on a Beautiful Property

We were in town for a family reunion and wanted to find somewhere fun to stay since it was our son's 8th birthday too. This place was PERFECT! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard, sitting outside enjoying the sunsets, and drinking coffee on the enclosed porch. The property was immaculate and had all of the newest and latest gadgets. It took us a good 30 minutes to figure out how to turn on the patio lights and when we realized how simple it was we felt stupid. I'm already looking forward to next adventure here and am hesitant to share it because it's definitely a hidden gem.

Beautiful property and accommodations

Our family traveled from Ohio to visit our TN family and this location was perfect! Everything about the property was as described or better. The owners have done an amazing job with this home and all of the upgraded features. Best parts: The screened-in porch and lower bar area were amazing! The guys enjoyed the smoker and grill, the kids loved the outdoor games, and we all loved the view! The only thing to caution about is the steep stairs to the lake. This is not unusual for properties with lake access, but we did have to be very careful with our oldest and youngest guests :) Overall, it was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this home. We hope to visit again in the future!
