Stunning VIEWS-Salish Sea, Dungeness Spit & Lighthouse- in Newly Renovated Home!

Plan an unforgettable stay at our spacious 2BR newly renovated home that overlooks the Salish Sea and is walking distance to the water. "We can't say enough about Brittney's place- such a wonderful location, wonderfully decorated, clean, cozy, comfortable, lots of extras (coffee, tea, snacks) and peaceful with a spectacular view of the estuary and lighthouse. It was a great base for exploring Port Townsend, Sequim and Olympic National Park. If you book a stay here, you will not be disappointed!"

It serves as ideal base for day trips to the Olympic National Park, the Olympic Game Park (which is hilariously fun), Dungeness Spit, Lake Crescent, Salt Creek State Park, or for taking a quick trip over to Victoria B.C. via the ferry out of Port Angeles. The neighborhood is peaceful and the home offers three parking spaces, including a convenient 110V outlet by the driveway for electric car charging. Inquire if you are towing a boat or camper as we may be able to accommodate.

In the evenings, enjoy dining out at one of Sequim's many fine dining establishments from fresh Italian food at Tedesco's, fresh seafood at Salty Girl's or Dockside Grill to Mexican cuisine at Jose's Famous Salsa. For a local brew or cider, consider checking out the Peninsula Tap Room. Or, if you seek a more lively nightlife, Seven Cedars Casino is just down the way and hosts live music and Las Vegas style gaming.

The neighborhood sits about 5 miles north of downtown Sequim overlooking the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, and offers an unobstructed view of the Salish Sea, the estuary, marine traffic & Dungeness lighthouse. Binoculars are provided! 5 - 10 minute walk to Cline Spit park and easy walk to the Dungeness Landing park. The Olympic game farm is less than a five minute drive away. There is a lot of farming in the area and a corresponding amount of lavender and road side farm stands.

If you want to explore the estuary, simply walk southeast about 5 minutes to the estuary trail access parking area on the left (or drive). There is also an excellent new bike / walking trail right in the neighborhood that meanders along the Dungeness River, through wetlands, fields and pastures. Visit nearby Marine Drive in Old Towne and be charmed! The area is simply gorgeous!

Amazing views, beautiful home
We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my dad's birthday. The pictures really don't do it justice. The views from both sides of the house are spectacular and the house itself is just lovely. The house was beautifully appointed and well located. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals and the mattresses were SO comfortable. (I especially appreciated the labels on everything, it took the guesswork out of finding our way through the house :) ) We enjoyed playing games at the dining table and watching the wildlife and ships easily visible from the back windows. Highly recommend this home, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful place!
We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for a week. Beautiful views and bird watching. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed for 4 adults and two young kids. We can’t wait to come back!

My passion as an artist and a property manager merge in this project, creating a space you will love. The house was a tear-down when we purchased it and has been thoroughly remodeled both inside and out, with new furnishings and decorations. My husband is a landscaper by trade, and building the outdoor spaces surrounding the home is his passion. This was a true labor of love, with much of the art inside the home having been made by my family.

Why they chose this property

Old Town is a beautiful, wind swept neighborhood with quiet streets, abundant wildlife, and spectacular views. There are two spits, Dungeness River trail, and the estuary all within easy walking distance from the house. Also nearby is the Olympic Game Farm which is fun for adults and kids alike. The neighborhood serves as a great launching pad for exploring all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer, including the National Park, Dungeness Spit and Port Townsend.

What makes this property unique

THE VIEWS!!! Enjoy spectacular views of the Salish Sea, Dungeness Spit, Dungeness Lighthouse and the estuary below. This home is a newly renovated mid-century modern house with all new furniture, landscaping and decking, among other things.
