"We can't say enough about Brittney's place- such a wonderful location, wonderfully decorated, clean, cozy, comfortable, lots of extras (coffee, tea, snacks) and peaceful with a spectacular view of the estuary and lighthouse. It was a great base for exploring Port Townsend, Sequim and Olympic National Park. If you book a stay here, you will not be disappointed!"

For a local brew or cider, consider checking out the Peninsula Tap Room. Or, if you seek a more lively nightlife, Seven Cedars Casino is just down the way and hosts live music and Las Vegas style gaming.
The neighborhood sits about 5 miles north of downtown Sequim overlooking the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, and offers an unobstructed view of the Salish Sea, the estuary, marine traffic & Dungeness lighthouse. Binoculars are provided! 5 - 10 minute walk to Cline Spit park and easy walk to the Dungeness Landing park. The Olympic game farm is less than a five minute drive away. There is a lot of farming in the area and a corresponding amount of lavender and road side farm stands.
If you want to explore the estuary, simply walk southeast about 5 minutes to the estuary trail access parking area on the left (or drive). There is also an excellent new bike / walking trail right in the neighborhood that meanders along the Dungeness River, through wetlands, fields and pastures. Visit nearby Marine Drive in Old Towne and be charmed! The area is simply gorgeous!
