One of the best rental homes we have stayed in! Plenty of room, lots of beds and very reasonable ! Our local contact was a great help and very quick to respond. Loved her!! Highly recommend for large families like ours!!!

Colorado in the summer

This house checked all the boxes! Out of the nine of us, there were seven adults, and none of us had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed. There was plenty of space for board games as well as space for those who wanted quiet time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we were near hiking and other activities. A great, memorable trip for the family.

Wonderful property

This house was wonderful! We had 11 people ranging from almost 3 to 63 and there was space (with beds to spare) for everyone. The property manager was wonderful and always responded very quickly. She ended up coming during our stay to help us out with something and was extremely nice. She found out we were going to Grand Lake and made a suggestion of an ice cream place to go. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful house for our big family Christmas!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 grown kids and their families. The bedrooms were great for all. Very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils and bakeware. View from the kitchen window on a clear day is amazing!Would recommend this home for big families or retreats. Loved our stay! Loved the Christmas tree, too!House is convenient to everything!
