Overlooking the 10th hole of the famous Flamingo Golf Course, this 1450 sq ft 3 bedroom unit has a king size bedroom and ensuite with an oversized shower, soaking tub and two sinks, a queen size bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a new smart tv in the main living area and tvs in all the bedrooms. With a fully stocked kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer you can make yourself right at home.

The screened lanai offers fabulous viewing of the birds and turtles frolicking in the lake below and some entertaining views of the golfers teeing off from hole #10 on the Flamingo Course.

Very nice unit in great location with many good restaurants and activities nearby Julie is an amazing host, very accommodating and communicative Pickleball courts on site, nice clubhouse gym and family friendly pool Great golf course and clubhouse/restaurant right there We will be back, thank you Julie!

Perfect for guys golf trip.

This condo was a perfect fit for a golf trip. Very clean and had extra items there for when we checked in, plenty of coffee, dish washer pods. Made it easy for us since we didn’t get in until 7pm. Didn’t have to worry about running to the grocery until the next morning. Also had a basket of goodies waiting there for us. Would definitely stay here again.
