Great stay for family and friends

We came to Florida with our friends for our daughters to play softball and loved this property. The house was great for 2 families. We enjoyed the kitchen, outdoor space, HUGE washing machine, and location. We’d definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the lay out of the house. My company travels with a crew of 2 to 4 employees. Everyone had their own space. The back yard and pool area was amazing. Though it was too cold for a swim the heated pool felt amazing. We were surprised that the heater was actually on, usually we have had to pay for this service with other VRBOs. My company maintains the low voltage for Auto Dealerships. We had work in Melbourne and Coco this trip so the location for this home was centrally located for this trip. We will definitely stay again. The host was great, contacting us to make sure we got checked in and made sure we were comfortable. The snacks were a plus as well. We arrived late due to work schedule and the snacks were much appreciated. Finally this host doesn’t require a handful of task when checking out, also a huge plus for this house.

Awesome weeklong stay

Very clean property in a quiet neighborhood with very comfortable beds and great water pressure, provided a great fit for our family of 6. 2 adults and 4 "kids" from 17 to 21yrs old. We were visiting my mother in law who has limited stamina, so we needed a property we could "hang out" in. This property was PERFECT!! Great location to shopping/dining options. Heated pool was great in November. Awesome lanai, with a TV. It's an uncovered pool, but little to no debris, we didn't even have to skim it. We utilized most of the "extras", foosball, cornhole, pool floats, shuffle board, fire pit (bring marshmallows), boardgames, giant Jenga, etc. Lots of entertainment within the home. Owner was easy to communicate with, and worked with us to add an additional day pretty late. We didn't have any issues at the property itself to report. Would Strongly Recommend.
