We loved this house! It has so much character! We had 4 adults and 1 toddler in our party. This house is CLEAN. I had no problem walking around in bare feet and no concerns bathing my granddaughter in the tub. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The outdoor areas are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. There were beach towels, swim toys, a wagon, and a stroller. We were very proud to have the stroller! The house is next to a road but somehow you never hear the traffic. The beach is a 2 min easy walk and we had it all to ourselves. Plenty of delicious food within a quick drive or DoorDash Oceanside Pizza. Communication with Erica is top notch!! Don’t hesitate in renting this one. We are already planning for another trip next year!!

This property was our home away from home for over a week. There was plenty of room for our entire family, so that we could each have our own space.It had everything we needed, and the host was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Property description is listed accurately. The house is a wonderful, spacious older home with so much character. The bedrooms are separated which make it nice for a family with adult children and/or friends meeting together. The pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is easy and has very few people on that area of the beach. This was our family's second stay at this house and we would stay again.

Home away from home perfectly describes this vacation oasis! Our family enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, with all the included necessities right in the garage. Perfect kitchen for cooking and grilling out. Wonderful screened in porch for our morning coffee. The pool was our favorite spot to be - very relaxing & quiet. We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely home away from home near beach nice pool all the things you need are there. There was even an infant life jacket that we needed to go on an airboat tour. The host is uber responsive to questions or requests. Would highly recommend

It was a wonderful experience staying there. Very nice and some ways it was quirky (the home was originally built in 1947, as I was informed), but a lot of fun! Great neighborhood.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Each bedroom was very comfortable and felt private as they are all on different sides of the home. The private beach, while a quick 3-4min walk was perfect to enjoy the sand and ocean. Great location as well from Downtown Melbourne to Coco Beach. We loved staying here
