What We Love About Our Property:
Our apartment sits directly on a beautiful sandy beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. It's equipped with A/C, high-speed wifi, comfortable beds in separate rooms for privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, and brand new smart TVs & blackout curtains in every room. Beach essentials (e.g., towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella) are included for your stay.

Lovely Vacation Stay

It was a nice place to stay with great views. The beach acess is just steps from the building and plenty of restaurants within walking distance to pick from. Its also a plus because you have your own private parking space as not all places offer that with the price of the stay. They also have 24 hour security and always ready to help in any way.

Amazing spot, great apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location. The views from the living room are breathtaking. Access to the beautiful Isla Verde beach is unbeatable. The apartment was also really very nice and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay here. The apartment was as pictured, clean and well appointed with extras for the beach. The building was also well run with helpful doormen & a great place for breakfast in the lobby. We hope to definitely stay here again :-) Thank you!!

Perfect little getaway!

We stayed here during our son's Spring break. The unit was just as described, very clean and had everything we needed. At night, the Teens were able to Uber to hot spots as we relaxed on the porch overlooking the ocean. The porch was perfect for morning coffee views as well. Great communication by the owners. This is a very quiet building/area at night but right next to the casino. The gate was locked to the beach at 7 pm so you would have to walk to the public beach access ramp if you wanted to go for a nightly walk on the beach. The keypad to the gate was not working at the time. Great place and would book again!

Pool wasn't available. View was mixed on an angle so saw a lot of other condos. Living room and dining room furniture needed replaced. Too many added fees! Second bathroom is small.

Renter beware!

I have stayed at numerous homes, villas, apartments, etc with VRBO and another rental agency that I was told I couldn’t mention over the last 15 years. NEVER have I been disappointed in any of my stays until now. There was absolutely nothing luxurious about this apartment as described. There were bugs in the kitchen, the floors were so filthy that our feet were black on the bottom. Half of the Apartment was cool and the other half was not. There were these huge fans on the balcony that were blowing warm air. I told the owner that we could not enjoy the balcony with the hot fans blowing. Her solution was to turn off the air conditioning on the inside of the apartment then I could turn off the fans on the balcony. That is not a solution in 95° weather. After voicing my concerns with the apartment I was told by the host/owner that she would refund my stay. We left the next morning and because it was after the 10am checkout I was charged for 2 nights. In the end I was reimbursed for 5 nights minus all cleaning and other fees. Such a scam in my opinion.
