Great location and excellent house

This house is in a great location for visiting OSU. It also has a very inviting covered backyard patio with two gas fireplaces.The OSU 'Beaver' den downstairs is something to see.

Perfect Stay

This is such a beautiful home with so much space in a great location. We had a wonderful stay while attending a conference in Corvallis. The outdoor space is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking and spending time there in the evenings. The house is so well stocked for a comfortable and easy stay. Thank you so much for providing us a relaxing retreat during our time at the conference!

Great home within walking distance to everything!

This place was amazing and a perfect place while we were in town watching the Beavs play. From the spacious inside to the well maintained backyard i cannot wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at College Hill Classic for my son's graduation from OSU. The location is great, close to town and campus. The house is very large so there was plenty of room for our party of 6. The house was very clean, and the kitchen nicely stocked. The backyard is beautiful with two large gas fireplaces, covered area and large BBQ. It was a beautiful weekend so we spent most of our time outside. Totally recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

Fantastic family celebration

What a wonderful house for a family celebration. So many cozy places to gather around the home. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for lingering in the evening after dinner. So nice to have bathrooms on every level too. The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives. Bed linens and towels were so comfortable.

Multigenerational gathering for WSU/OSU game with a divided family.

This property was perfect for 6 adults. Immaculate and so homey and spacious. The outside area was an extra bonus and perfect for us! We were able to walk wherever we needed to go and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful home!

Great location close to OSU as six of us stayed here for Extension Annual Conference. This spacious home provided each of us with our own private retreat as well as numerous rooms to gather in. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor fires and seating. The home is pleasantly appointed, clean, and well-stocked for most needs. Highly recommend!

This home and property are amazing. The house is spectacular and immaculate and the owner is very responsive and welcoming. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor patio has two gas fireplaces and was an amazing spot for my friends and I to catch up and reconnect. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful stay!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend in Corvallis. The home was beautiful and in the perfect location. We loved the backyard fireplace and seating area and enjoyed gathering there at the end of the night. The home is an easy walk to some great restaurants and the OSU campus. We attended the football game Saturday night and it was an easy walk to/from the game from the home. Plenty of space in the home for our 2 families of 4. Susan was very responsive and understanding and went above and beyond for us. We are truly grateful! We plan to return in the future! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful space near campus.

Incredible House and Location

We had 5 of us stay in the house on a tour of Oregon State and we absolutely loved this house. It is amazingly charming. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor. Plenty of room and a great setup. the outdoor patio is great for hanging out with 2 fireplaces. We really appreciated the coffee supplies. The location could not be better. It's a short walk to campus and the campus corner shops and restaurants. And it is a very short drive in to downtown with a bevvy of restaurants and shops. Great communication with the host. You can tell they really care for this house and providing a great stay for their guests. Highly recommend this place.

Cozy home in a wonderful area

We combined a friend bday get away weekend with visiting my son in college. The house is absolutely lovely with lots of space to handle a bigger group (our group was 4 adults). Very comfortable and felt very cozy. The outdoor area has a BBQ grill, very comfortable sitting area and fireplaces. House is very nicely decorated and very clean. There is a TV area in the basement level that would be perfect for teens with a larger group. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is parking in the driveway. Susan was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our requests. We even had a plate of cookies to welcome our arrival. Hope to stay here again.

Fantastic!

Traveled to Corvallis with my sons, sister, and nephew to visit grandparents and glad to have found this historic vacation home, right by campus. Very spacious, with a huge finished basement and bathrooms/bedrooms on every floor. Two TV rooms w/ comfortable leather couches and there's even a wine cellar! The outdoor living area is great - two fireplaces, built-in grill, huge apple & pear trees - website photos don't do it justice. Short walk to shops, coffee, and restaurants. Check-in and out is a breeze, appliances are new, linens are good quality, and there's a big garage if you want indoor parking. Owners are very responsive and helpful. This is a fantastic house for families and larger groups - so much space and privacy - don't hesitate to book!

Our favorite part about this house was the nice patio out back- apple and pear trees and a nice conversation area with plenty of seating. I can imagine it even lovelier in the fall/winter with the fireplaces going. The beds and pillows are comfortable with plenty of linens provided. There's a good selection of shampoo, soap, body wash in the bathrooms. There are some spices and cookware, plenty of dishes. Overall it's well-appointed with most needs met. The upstairs especially was hot, even at night. However, it was unseasonably hot during the week we were there, and we knew there would be no AC. A quick drive to the coast cooled us off. The neighborhood felt safe and I would recommend this home for family, friends, or a girls' trip.

Our stay was very pleasant: the house has plenty of space perfectly designed for both talking together and separating for quiet phone calls and such. We particularly liked playing cards downstairs in the family room and casual dinners on the outdoor patio. Check-in and communication with the host was excellent and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
